Christmas Dinner 2009
The AFT annual Christmas Dinner was held this year at the historic Carranor Hunt & Polo Club in Perrysburg, Ohio, December 9, 2009. The beautifully decorated dining room and crackling fireplace warmed the chilly winter air as Christmas carols ushered in the holiday festivities. Members and friends enjoyed charming company and conversation, French-inspired cuisine, and perfect wine pairings. Among the chef’s delectable selections were foie gras, gougère, terrine de filet de sole, roasted Cornish Hen, spinach soufflé, and potatoes Anna, followed by a traditional, bûche de Noël. Thank you to our gracious hosts, Dwight Osterud and Judy Reitzel, as well as Tom Reed for planning another fabulous event.
